PA closings

Is anyone else in PA slow? I've probably had 4 calls the past two weeks and all but 3 were not areas I covered. The one signing I did have was just a deed. Geez I remember this time last year being very busy.

Slow for sure!! Had 3 the first week of the month.....NONE last week...and 3 today...at least it's trending upward. Canvassed some of my clients and all say it is unbelievably slow.

well lets hope it picks up up here too. I generally only do 2-3 a week because I work FT however the extra cash sure does help when we are doing work around the house. Where are you in PA again?

I'm in the middle of the state and have been doing this full time going on 10 years. If I don't work....I don't eat !! And I only eat what I kill. (That is to say I generate my own business)

I'm confident I'll make up the difference by month end.

I've been slow this month and last...and the jobs I AM getting...UGH!!!
I was actually thinking of calling my fav. titile co. b/c I haven't heard from them for over two weeks. I am concerned b/c I get all Countrywide loans from them and I have been getting them from a different co. now. I've been closing 2 or 3 CW loans every week for about 2 years now, no fax backs, just put them right in the UPS env. and head on home. This new co. wants me to fax about 30 pages back AND split the packages! I did one on Fri. and had to wait 'til today for "approval" to send the docs. The title co. calls and guess what? They never got the faxes. She said they had so many coming in they can't find them. So, I had to re-fax and wait, again, for approval. They called and said there were some problems with the docs. The BO's dates did not resemble a "2" (for Feb.) and they need me to have them resign the dates...Now, you know that's not gonna happen! I am not driving back to have someone rewrite the number "2" b/c you don't like the way she wrote it. Jeez. Anyway...that will be the last CW loan I close for them...I sure hope my other co. is going to get them again...
(this is more of a vent than an answer to your question! Sorry! But, yes I am slow, too!)

Sorry to hear you are slow. I've been soooo busy. Did 19 last week, and only two were cheap ($50.00) closings. Turned down quite a few, but have a system in place that I try to refer them to other closers.
Don't worry, it will pick up for you too!
