The smallest number of pages I've done for them is 140 pages. And that's not counting borrower copy. Also, they want you to call them when you get the appointment confirmed, when you are at the borrower house, when you leave their house, and fax back a whole bunch of papers and call with tracking information too.

JS you must cover the Eastern Shore. They are famous for bad paper work. The names are spelled wrong or incomplete ect.ect.

When I first got into the business, this is one company my sister warned me about. She's an SA in NC and had one not so great experience after another with them. She recommended I either charge an exceptionally large fee or not take their work.

I do cover the easten shore.....and I cant figure out whats going on with all these lowball offers lately. It's gotten sillier and sillier over the last month. I have heard that there is a retired guy out of Ocean Pines doing edocs for $85 all the way to Kent Island. I'd like to choke him (just kidding) I am not doing this for $$$$ to buy the grandkids birthday gifts..... Its my full time job.
