Quicken Loans really QUICK!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband and I are doing a 2nd mortgage loan with them at a great fixed interest rate and this was a quick process. We started the loan process on Thursday, 02/01/06 and I was advised just today, 6 days later that we're all set to to close.

Talk about fast and excellent service. If anyone needs a great company, Quicken Loans is the way to go.

I also excited that I will be the one signing the loan docs with a notary coming to me. Can't wait to see how they will do the signing. The last experience was not a good one.

I think you've moved too far to be the one!

You moved to WV correct? Hope you had a safe move!

I have closed many Quicken loans. The file practically signs itself, so much info is pre-printed.

Let me ask a loaded question on this post. I too have closed several Quicken and I LOVE them. They are sooo easy and they do sign themselves. Now most of them I only have to travel less than 10 miles round trip. I am the "problem" if I accept $50 for these closings? I really feel that they are so easy, no babysitting and there is really no trips that have ever taken me for than 11 miles 1 way???

Yeah I moved to WV, but I still do closing in Loudoun and Fairfax County. I also do sigings in VA that are closer to the WV, VA border. As soon as I get my TPL in Maryland, I'll be doing them in Maryland as well.

I walked to the last quicken loan I closed. Here's the way I see it:

I drive 15 minutes maximum to the closing;
30 minutes table time;
15 minutes driving home;
15 minutes to review/notarize, no fax backs or split shipment;
0 minutes to drop off at UPS on my way to next meeting.
=======================
$50.00/one hr is not bad.

it's the $50.00 signing services who want you to drive 50 miles each way, fax back 30 pages and split the shipment, and the notaries who take those jobs, that are the problem , imo.

I have to agree with that philosophy. $50 per hour with NO effort on my part, and these clients are always so nice and friendly. I wish all of my clients were this great.

I am called on by JMT Docs. I have never had a problem with this company. They always keep me in my immediate area. My checks always arrive on time exactly the way they state on their confirm sheet. I am not sure which other signing companies do Quickes, I have only done through JMT.
