Could you explain how you ae doing trying to support the troops by talking about notary fees? OR are you tring to make an unclear point?

Whether she meant to yell or not doesn't change the fact that typing in all caps is the equivalent of yelling. Oh I could go on about this but there really isn't any point to if Debjo is using multiple handles. It's to coincidental.
