I know this is a new company, so I'm not sure if anyone has even worked with them yet, but I have a closing thru them tonight and cannot get a hold of anyone...I guess they are all out of there for the weekend. Anyone have an after-hours number or anything for this company? I'm having some major issues with docs...won't be able to do this closing if I can't get anyone...

don't know the company but I have 2 ideas

1. Get the l/o info from the borrower and see if the l/o can help you or give you info.
2. If you could be more specific about the doc issues (if it's of a technical nature), maybe someone who reads this board could give you some advice.

Thanks, Rick...did #1 - borrower gave me a cell phone # in NY, but I've tried it repeatedly and keep getting an "all circuits are busy" message - oh wait...got someone...

Everything's OK now

Got a hold of someone...someone had scanned the docs wrong - EOM problems, evidently...got it under control now...thanks, though. Also, I have some numbers if anyone needs them next time
