Reverse Confirmations

I am working for a company that does not really send any kind of confirmation. To reduce any possible future confusions, I want to make up my own to fax to them, have them initial/sign it, and fax it back to me.

Does anybody have any idea as to what I should put on it or how to word it? Does anyone have one they are willing to share? I am not looking to copy anybody's stuff... just want to get some ideas...

Any help is appreciated.

When I do not receive a confirmation I automatically call or email them and just ask them to kick me a quick email/fax confirming the date, time, borrower's name, address, phone # and my fee - that way I have myself covered.

How about an email to them and have them reply. That way, you could have both a paper copy as well as an electronic copy.

Sorry, didn't read Mary's piece. She's basically saying the same thing.

Confirms are a must.. Just today a company did not send a confirm for a appointment and I did not book it till one came.

We do a good size business and need confirms within 15 minutes of the call.

That's my philosophy too Mike - my time is not booked unless I get it in writing. No confirmation, no signing.
