Reverse Mortgage Signing

I had my first reverse mortgage signing (thanks Brenda for your help!). It went very well. The loan officer wasn't there but was available by phone if I needed her. We put things sideways that we had questions on and then I called her at the end to ask questions. The borrower's were very nice although, yes they do like to chit chat. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours. I had also checked out the AARP site and did a search for HECM and it had some very good articles to read. I'd definitely do another one again.

I did my first also about 2 weeks ago, I never hear from the SS, so I think everything went
fine. Charm, helped me a lot with her training guide, and I was lucky that the RM, was also
a Wells Fargo.

SS never told me it was a RM, and I tried to give it back to them, but they insist to do it,
I told them it was my first, and they said: "hey, its not really different from anyother refi"
Well it has some differences as you may know, but they were "warned" lol.
