The docs I received requested faxbacks. The borrowers did not sign and eventhough they were edocs they requested the docs be shipped to them.

Depends on the lender, I guess - Richmond asks for a confirmation e-mail and a phone call. Only time I had fax-backs on a Richmond deal, it was CW/Full Spectrum.

I am doing my first signing with Richmond on Monday. My confirmation does request "critical docs" to be faxed back. It is a CW/Full Spectrum. My question is, is the list of "critical docs" to be faxed back in the loan package? Which will be edocs. I read past posts about this company and would appreciate any new info on them. On another note: Is anyone else receiving the emails from Signing Pro? To sign up and/or take their course on loan signing. It claims to have a multitude of information. Just wondering if it is worth it.

Yes, the instructions will be enclosed (CW full spec) as to which docs to fax back, I did one last night for Richmond...they pay an extra $15. for the fax backs. Printing out docs now for an 11am...keep my phone ringing!

Re: Richmond Title-Charm
Do you mean an additional $15 to the already agreed upon signing fee? I already agreed to the signing fee for this one, so Im not too concerned about it, but that would be too "sweeeet".

Yes, we agreed to a fee then he added that it was a CW and offered an additional 15 for the fax backs. Always ask if it's a CW full spec, then request the additional fee. Have a good one! I'm off

Re: Richmond Title-Charm
Yes they include a list of the Critical Docs that they require fax backs on. I just did one yesterday. They will then telephone you to say yes, go ahead and fedex / ups back.
While I dont like having to fax back and wait, at least they offer up the 15.00 fax fee and they seem to be friendly and professional so far to work with. Now, as long as they pay quick!
Peace,
Db
