I'd like to thank the un-informed, under-educated notary from Hobe Sound, FL that completely messed up a Fort Pierce, FL closing on 2/10. Becuase of this New NSA (perhaps even CNSA) I have scored a direct lender account with 50 LOs writing business in my area paying $200 for overnighted docs.
Martin County Newbie, I just had to pubicly thank you and remind you to review your Florida Primer and Manual. Really, a non-obligor signing is NOT that difficult, if you know what you are doing. On the other hand, screw the research and the homework and just give them my number.
