Gotta love them.... called and asked if I would do an urgent last minute signing, because the 3 previous notaries they scheduled backed out.
I told her I would have to graciously back out as SOX didn't have the best reputation for paying their clients.
She GRACIOUSLY, and politely said she understood, and said she had been hearing the same thing from a lot of other NSA's. Thanks me, and more than likely went down the list to the next notary.
At least she was gracious about it lol

I love when they call me...
and although its waisting my cell phone minutes, I just love saying, "Oh, yeah, I could do it, but the first and only time I worked for you, I got my check 119 days later."
and they've called quite a bit the last couple of weeks.

I can vouch for that one they dont pay on time. I had done one from November and Ijust barely got paid last week. Gotta love the signing company's

I've had no problems with SOX
My office CAUTIOUSLY provided services to SOX. We have never had any problems with them! They meet our fees and always pay within 30 days.
Maybe we are one of the lucky ones, but to date, they haven't screwed us 
We give every business one shot. If they screw us, we fight back and end our relationship with the business.
Obviously their reputation speaks for itself. So this post is not a "pro-SOX" movement. Use every business at your own risks. I tend not to judge unless if they screw me over (or my business) personally.

I've been getting allot of calls from them as well. I'm also still waiting for payment for signings I did in December. Any suggestions on how to collect?
