Signing Documents

I work for a construction company and often times need to notarize documents pertaining to contracts and billing invoices that I need to sign. Am I able to notarize my own documents since I have no financial benefit ? Help

Yes if they are from your company. No if your name is on them anywhere.

Depends on many circumstances, like your state laws and exactly what it is you are notarizing. If you are notarizing your own signature, then chances are you in violation of your state law. (I don't know of any state that authorizes a notary to notarize their own signature.)
