Signing companies....

Be careful of these companies: American Doc Service-Steve, National Closing Solutions, & AMS Notary- Misty. Its been almost two months and I am getting no response nor getting paid. Very frustrating! Sad too.....because I liked all the signings and all went great.

It sounds to me...

like you're not following instructions on how to bill as two out of three of your list above have paid me within 30 days, the other, I've never worked for.

Did you send a W-9? Did you send an invoice if they required it? Did you ask what you needed to send in in order to get paid? Call Accounting and make sure you're either set up to be paid, or what you need to do to get set up.

Maybe, just maybe, they all pay on either the 1st or the 31st and you should get your check anyday. Did you ask what their payment schedule is?

Please don't come here and bash good companies unless you're sure that the problem isn't on your end.

I am glad you got paid. As for me I did ALL of what you said and then some. So yes I am very sure of what I am talking about. So please don't tell me I am bashing companies without following instructions and being sure of what I did. I am just trying to help and warn others....bashing is not my style. I am just speaking my truth. You can take it for whatever its worth.

National Closing Solutions is a division of Placer Title Company. They have always paid me within 14-30 days. I have not done any work with the other two.
