First of all regarding your "anal" post- I have found that it is always a good idea to remain anal with jerks such as the one you had to deal with because it seems as if you back down at all, they just take over. Also, you are protecting yourself just like they do at banks, etc because if you take the whole wallet to check the i.d., you run the risk of them claiming that something else came up ,issing out of the wallet, and also CA i.d.'s have those seals in them that make it difficult to see the dates on them depending on the lighting. Also, what part of CA are you in?

Well, it's been said before, we get the good and the bad. For me it's almost a personal challenge to see how well I can handle the difficult signers and compared to the experiences of other posters here I know I haven't seen the worst yet.
I am in Central CAlifornia, what about you?
