To Notary Biz

Liz, I went back and made my apology like I said I would. For you to go back to ALL of the posts about your company over the past 5 months is just plain unprofessionalism! You are acting like a child. Obviously these people are not coming on this board and lieing about your company. I believe the things on this board that were posted about your company actually happened otherwise no one would post anything about your company! For you to go back and add comments is just ridiculous. If this burns a bridge, then so be it, but for you to call me and ask me to do an apology (and I did btw) and then go back and add your two sense in is just childish. Please don't call me for anymore work, I don't want to work with a company like yours.

KIM

I've been looking for and can't find her additional comments, where is it?

Kim,
You did the right thing by making an apology. The problem that I see you made it to the wrong person, an adult would take your apology and leave it at that.

The Notary Biz has been posted on every notary site I've ever visited, with not great comments for just the very attitude stated in your post .

Life's to short to try and deal with people that are apparently so diffacult to work with. Just forget Kim! It take courage to make a public apology to another person I have a great deal of respect for you.

Have A Great Day!

Teddog

So far the posts I've found are #90612, 89773 and there was another one where she slammed some guy. I guess it was another ss. She was saying how he was a scum and how she was going to steal his clients. If you do a search on notary biz, you'll find all the posts about this company.

LOL sorry, still moving lag!

I still have boxes EVERYWHERE!!! My husband told me yesterday that he finished the kitchen and the living room. I get home and there are STILL boxes in the kitchen and the living room. I asked him what happened and he said that he found more in the garage when he thought he was done. LOL.

Re: Charm

She probably won't either. When I posted my original post, I wasn't doing it to bash, I was doing it to vent. They claim that they will pay their notaries before they pay themselves, that is fine. But how about paying the Notaries the money they deserve, not these little $50 signings. I told my husband and he says that I'm too nice, not asking for the money that I deserve. Next time, I'll state MY fees and wait for an answer.

I sure wish Liz would pay me for the two signings I did for them on Dec 22 and Jan 3. I cant even get anyone to call me back and Elliot in accounting has informed me that thay are cutting one of those invoices by $75 because the clients didnt sign. This is after I spent over 90 minutes with them trying to reach the LO. Clients were supposed to have a fixed....it was an arm and they were told the P and I amount included escrows...... Oh sure I can see where I should be penalized for another lying loan officer....what the hell its ALWAYS the notaries fault.
Anyway Liz how about sending out my check...its past due. Needless to say I wont be dealing with The Notary Biz in the future.

For her to call you and "ask" you to apologize is unprofessional to me. You did a good deed and apologized. Sounds to me like she needs to grow up a little bit!

See Kim, All you've done is stir the pot.

Now everyone will see your company for what it is... just another lousy SS.
Hey, you should get together with SOX... that would make for a fortune 500 company!!

PS... Don't call me either... I don't want your $50 signings.

Jersey boy...

Have you considered that you are so addicted to coffee and your body is so used to it that maybe the caffiene isn't working for you as well??? Ha!! Smiley

I am trying to chase 2 payments down from a company as well. They are so giving me the run-around, not returning calls, etc. And they seem to be on the good SS list. Oh well, it was bound to happen one day that I would get cheated out by a SS. So much for the hours I put in to my no no list.

K, hope you get paid and thanks for letting us know how Notary Biz "runs" their "business".

Amanda we are not alone......seems to be a regular business practice of The Notary Biz......agree to your fee and then cut it back to whatever paltry sum they originally offered you. I know of another closer who had the same experience. Oh well live and learn...

Kim, they asked you to fix your post?

Funny that Liz did not have the nerve to ask me to do so. She just asked if I got paid. I wish now I had taken that conversation a bit further and ask her why it was cut in half. To be honest, I thought her next words were going to be "great can you do a signing for us?"

I have another SS that still owes me money and calls me weekly and says, "hey are you still doing signings?" and I reply "yes of course I am." I pause and their next statement is "great I have one for you today!" And I sweetly say, "I am still doing signings, just not for your company. You still owe me money." And they hang up very quickly.

So to set the record straight. YES Notary Biz did pay me after continous calls, emails, faxes etc. And then and only then did they agree on a nominal trip fee, not even close to what I should have been paid for the time I spent on that assignment.

Thanks Liz for the check. I should be grateful, right?

Yes Amanda, she called me and asked me if I was unhappy with

the way the signing went. I told her no, but I wasn't thrilled about the fees. I took the signing to fill my timeslot because another had cancelled. I didn't know about her company at the time I took the signing. If I had know that they DON'T PAY, I would have never accepted the job.

You will probably get paid...

I don't think they are necessarily a no pay for signings that go right. However, from what I have read and experienced, the problem comes in when there is a no sign thru no fault of the notary, communication issues, slow pay, low fees, etc. But I am sure you will get paid. It just may take awhile.

Will someone help me with the math....

If Liz says she is doing 1,500 loans a month and you guys are seeing signing service fees of $200 or $250 or say even $150, why is the notary being shortchanged if a loan doesn't fund? It would seem that a pretty big profit is coming in. This is just cheap, cheap, cheap. And may I ask km why you aplogized to Liz on this forum when you didn't do anything, am I missing something. You sound like a good kid and she bullied you into the post.

Re: Will someone help me with the math....

Liz at Notary Biz is a BULLY!!! She screwed me over on one of my signings over a year ago and I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with her again!!! She has alot to learn about working people on a professional manner...either that she needs to get a chill pill!!!!

She cheated out on my payment also...but I was not about ready to call someone that can not be reasoned with!

AND NO I'M NOT GOING TO APOLOGIZE to her on this board for saying that. There are good SS and there are some moderate to nice SS and there are some BAD SS's and well she ruinied her reputation for her SS!!! (I do want to say that some of her staff are very nice and kind and work working with but as far as dealing with Liz...well I'm not pleading my 5th!)
