I wanted to let you know that their is a website where you can download every notary public certificate (relative to Massachusetts) for free. The certificates are nice and comply with Executive Order 455.
Other documents of interest to Notaries in Massachusetts are also available.
Go here: http://MAnotary.cjb.cc/download.html

Re: To: Tina_MA & Massachusetts Notaries
Thank you for thinking of me. However, I made my own certificates copying directly from Executive Order 455. They are word docs and I print them out as needed.
I also had two large ink stamps made so that on documents that are not recorded, I can just stamp the wording on them (they are 7x3" and made out of wood, also have a 7x4" ink pad too).
For recorded docs, I always use a loose certificate as it looks neater and there's no chance of smearing.

He started using that site at least a month before that. He was using Notary4Hire but had to find another free host when Notary4Hire ceased operation.
It seems he just doesn't quit.

Or, you could just click on my link... and see that they're right.
To PAW: Yes, you're correct! I used the notary4hire free service. When they shut down, naturally I went off and found another free service.
My full-time job is that of a paralegal working for a law office. When I'm on my off-time, I provide the mobile notary public work, in addition to process serving and independent paralegal services. Is using a FREE website a bad thing? I don't think it is. I understand I get what I 'pay' for, but I have recieved business from the Freebies!
Can I afford a fee based website? Yes.
Will I invest money in a fee based website when working that job part time? No. If I decide to quit my day job and work my "second job" full-time, then heck yeah!
