I discovered the search button after I posted....Seems I may be a day late and a dollar or two short with this company!

Larry, with this company you will be more than just a dollar or two short. As Momma said..."run Forrest."

Hi Larry....I am in the same situation with United. I am finding more and more companies that dont want to pay or hold payment for up to 90 days. I have started requesting payment within two weeks and with some, I am asking that they pay in advance. If they choose not to, they can find someone else to do the closing. I have had checks bounce and returned for account closed. It makes it very difficult when my bank charges me $25.00 each time this happens.

I will NEVER accept any work from the Deans. Just not worth all of the problems and hassle.

Have you had any issues with Coast to Coast out of California?? Their check bounced as "account closed".

Never had any dealings with Coast to Coast....
Thanks to all of you for the information...I will not be doing business with United Notaries in the future!
