Watch out for Columbia Trust

They have jacked me around all afternoon and I've turn down numerous signings trying to accommodate them. I'm downloading docs for another "scheduled" 9PM appt. and they finally email me their docs are ready (suppose to be 4PM and its now 8:15). Emailed them and rejected the signing so they sent me a nasty email. I cannot believe how many calls I've had today that I've had to turn down. I always try to accommodate my regulars and try to fit them in on EOM. I also need to give kudos to Express Signings, Harry, we had a scheduled signing tonight but when he determined it wouldn't be tonight....at least he called so I could schedule another. Gotta go.......

So is "Experss Signings" the same as "Experss Notary" out of Tistin CA? Just did one for "Express Notary" Thought I had heard some bad things..but "Harry" seemed nice, and I usually give a SS one chance..........

did not mean to change the motion of your post. You're right about Harry, though. I just wanted to give credit too. Harry does rank among my top 3 signing agencies. It's so nice to work with people that know what we are all about.

Thanks! Sorry about the dyslexic typing on my first post, but I spent a long day waiting for late loan docs, and juggling..... Title... LO's...and borrower's...changing appointments...etc. I'm getting to hate edocs, and eom...and mostly lenders that can't get the doc's out. (To say nothing of the LO's that throw anything against the wall hoping it will stick, trying to get their 'monthly spiff', or whatever.)
