What is it with these Lenders anyways?
Got the mortgage docs on time, delivered this afternoon, however, no HUD or RTC. Contacted the signing company over two hours ago telling them that I needed the HUD and RTC. Still waiting, and waiting, and waiting.
Finally got a call stating that I would receive a fax with the docs in a few minutes. (It had better be just a few) I have to leave here in 20 mintues to do a signing before their signing and I am not coming back here after. I have two other siginig besides this one.
Go figure.
