Would you agree to these terms?
Terms: We will send your fee when we get paid from our client (usually 30-45 days). We pay $35.00 for "Borrower no sign", "Borrower noshow" or "cancelled after travel". We do not pay for closings that cancel prior to travel. We also do not pay for printing docs for loans that may cancel before travel.
