$1 mil signing question in 45 minutes

I'm going to sign a couple from FL at the airport in less than an hour. Just printed docs and noticed the last page each Rider has something like this after the signature lines.

It's blank below the line. I've never seen any rider need notarization, but this could be the first. Do I attached a loose certificate?

Can you contact the lender/tc or SS?

More than likely you are correct in your assumption, but always ask before you act just to be on the safe side....especially with that loan size

Thanks Shane...This probably is my very first question on this board since day one. I do always get my answer from the source. Just thought I'd give the board a little shift in focus rather than the silly stuff that's been going on.
