good news, borrower didn't sign, sat there for 50 minutes while his nephew was talking to the broker on speaker phone, reminded me of Mr. Haney on Green Acres lol...
bad news, my 6pm cancelled...all dressed up with no where to go.

I know of a national title company that won't pay your fee if the loan doesn't sign. These people actually wanted to pay me a $50 trip charge after I printed 2 sets of docs, drove 32 miles and executed more than have of the package! I won't be doing their loans anymore.
