anyone know anything about Certified Signing Services?

Has anyone done business with this company in Houston TX? Good, bad or ugly?

I did one signing for them about a year ago. First one cancelled and rescheduled. I was paid my printing fee for 1st one and the 2nd appt. w/in 30 days. I don't recall them being that bad to work with.
