check ecost.com .. and don't be afraid to buy a REFURBISHED digital camera.. they are factory refreshed to specs and will save you 20%-40% off new.

Make sure it has Macro Mode
If you are planning on taking pics of ID, make sure the camera you get has macro mode allowing you to take pictures close up or they will all be blurry.
