confession...
I just thought of something. Am I wrong to just give the borrower pkt to them without have them sign anything in it? I was wondering about the mortgage and RTC specifically. All of a sudden I got this creeping paranoia that this could come back to bite me. Anyone?

I make 2 extra copies per bo from title co. docs and......
leave them w/the borrowers. Their copies I leave untouched.

I have them sign both sets of RTC's
Theirs and the lender's copy. One thing I learned in the medical field is this acronym: CYA Less is not always more!

Re: confession... - Charm
Thanks Charm I am doing OK. I am waiting to get my Hoverround so I can get around better. But I am in a lot less pain than I was, which I think is because my doc gave me Ambien which helps me sleep, and the sleep is obviously beneficial. Before I was unable to sleep because of the pain.
So,I am doing OK Thanks for asking

I use a pocket folder.....
on the right side I put the untouched borrowers copies. I make two extra copies of the RTC and after the borrowers sign and date them I slip them into the left side of the folder above my business card. That way if they need them, they don't have to go looking for them.
