customer identification verification form

Doing a loan for H&R block and came upon this form. My question is do I sign on the viewers acknowledment statin I verified these documents? Sorry to ask just a bit confusing. Thanks

Not familiar with the H&R ones but the ones that have requested my signature after verifying the identifications usually have a signature line with the words "Verified by closing agent/ signing agent". I sign and cross out "Closing Agent", not sure if this helps.
