e & o, 100k in MN?
Ok. who offers 100k E & O coverage in MN? I know this has been asked before, But I've found that insurance coverage amounts vary from state to state. The most coverage I've found is 25,000. Wester Surety/ notary public underwriters/NNA will not offer more in MN. Why? Now that Fidelity is requiring 100k, I'm in need of that policy. Anyone in MN able to get the coverage we will need to be compliant?

Check out the coverage here at Notary Rotary. I can't imagine why MN is different than other states, but I do know that NR is very responsive to the needs of notaries in all states.

Actually, they don't offer E & O for MN. And I'm finding that policy amount availability differs from state to state, as does the cost of that policy... interesting.

Wow, not sure why, and wish I could give you better referrals. Did you try Western States Casualty and (my word I can't believe I'm saying this) but the NNA?
