In the month of January I did 3 signings (1 refused )and 1 in February, I was not totally satisfied with the discussion that I had with Jarrod but I' m waiting to see what the out come will be. I hope that it will be good. I'll be watching this post to see if anyone has anything to add.

I took a signing from this company near end of month in January, called a few days ago and asked when they plan on paying and I was told the checks go out at 45 to 60 days, wish I had asked that question before taking the signing, 60 days is just too long.

I have done a few closing and every time getting payment has been a nightmare, My last closing I did for them was in Oct of 05. It was an EOM closing and very last min, they contacted me at 10:40 and asked if there was anyway I could cover an E-doc closing, by Midnight. I told them I was able to do so however I would not have time to go back to My office to print these docs. I asked if they could be sent to Kinko's. I have done this with other companies, where I did not charge an e-mail fee and the lender paid Kinko's themselves. They informed me they have never heard of this so I had them send the docs to Kinko's and I PAID OUT OF POCKET for the printing of the docs. Well I did get paid however I just got the check last week and that was after at least 15 calls in to Jarred. The first time they had told me they already sent the check, and I commented that I thought it was funny that their web site showed fee status "NOT PAID", however they said they just had not updated the web yet.

After 13 more calls they changed there web site and I had to acquire a new login and password. When login into their site with the new information the invoice for my old closings was no longer listed. After another call they told me the check and gone out two weeks prior and I should have it any day. I thought that was odd since 4 weeks ago I had been told check had gone out, and 3 weeks before that I was told the check hand gone out.

Well like I said the check finally came, on the 15th of this month, and the best part if you look at the postmark form the post office it was mailed out on the 13th.

I would only take work from this company if you do not have anything else set for that time and you can wait two to three months for you payment.
