notary rotary

I have been a premier signing agent on notary rotary then for some unknown reason was dropped backed to basic. When I tried to renew due to the expiration coming soon it would not let me. Said to contact [e-mail address]. When I do that the page will not display. Does anyone know why I would be changed from premier to basic and what I can do about it. I paid for the premier.

Te only thing I can think of is that for some reason (maybe 1 wrong number) your credit card didn't go thru. Try this link to caontact the moderator, Harry. He will fix it.

[e-mail address] isn't a page that you can view. It's an email address that you need to use to send an email to NotaryRotary so they can address your situation.
