ok, I'm dazed and confused...
downloadig and printing more docs. Let me list the six docs that are in their own pdf. format.
I'm stumped here. Only because I'm having a brain cramp and I'm getting grouchy.
1) Blank acknowledgement 2) Borrower's compliance agreement signature line for borrower at mid sheet 3) Blank acknowledgement 4) Owner's aff and indem agreement 5) Acknowledgement (pg 2 to the above and ok with me) 6) survey aff...which is not a problem....
Does this look like two blank acks to anyone else? I think the second blank should go with 2...yes? I'm not sure what they should be attached to if anything.

Sounds like you need an Ack for each doc (affidavit/ agreement). If there is no place to "notarize" on the signature page, then you need to attach one. Read the docs. they should make sense.

Les...
There is plenty of space on the second doc for an ack, I'm going to attach the follwing ack to it. But the first ack goes with nothing. I've read the docs a couple of times.

Re: Les...
Charm if there's no notarial wording on the doc or a page 2 indication on the page containing the cert then you don't notarize. Give them a call and clarify if your uncertain, you don't want to get into the waters of upl.

Yes, If you can get in touch with the Title company, always best to check.

Re: Les...
Even though there may be 'space' on the doc, many times they simply "attach" an Ack. If the borrowers are 'swearing' to anything, and signing it, chances are it will need to be notarized.

Re: Les...
if that's the case, than the first ack applies to nothing and not getting filled out. Lonnnng day

Re: Les...
I've had MANY unnecessary "duplicates" in edocs. Depends on who is sending, and how much care they take. Usually they just send the docs and let the SA sort it out. Especially EOM.
