status of luncheon for Raimond and anyone
else who is interested in coming. We have set the date for March 5th at TGI Fridays in Riverside (Tyler Mall) 11:30. I thought I had e-mailed everyone, but I may have forgotten, if so I'm sorry. Save the date because I know it will be alot of fun. I am looking forward to meeting everyone, nothing formal, just a get together to exchange stories and ideas. You never know what this could lead to. If anyone has any questions, just e-mail me. [e-mail address]. I met you (Raimond) at the last one in Anaheim, and it was so nice to put a face to a name. I will re-post in March just as a reminder. Hope to see ya there!!!!!!!

I'm sorry Cyndi but I won't be able to make it. Business dictates that I come to Southern California the next week so I'll be thre around the 10th. I would have liked to have met a number of you becasue I genreate loans all over the State and i liek to specify my notary, or it I don't have one to specify sometimes I have one I prefer to avoid. Perhaps next time. I hope you have a great meeting. Organization is good!

Thanks Jenny, I wish I could but its business and for me
everything else is secondary. Besides this is to complete a listing on a major metropolitan shopping center and those deals don't come along every day.

Re: Thanks Jenny, I wish I could but its business and for me
I dont understand sometimes when people are making good money like Charles, and still do loan signings. You must be making big bucks in your business and why bother to do a 150-350.00 dollar signing?

Re: It keeps the economy going.
It's free enterprise. I think that sometimes it's not about the money, or settling for what you have but the drive, joy and passion you have for what you do.
Bill Gates is set for life why does he conitue to work? It's beyond supporting a lifestyle.

Besides I'm a masochist: hurt me, beat me, make me
write bad checks. I'm also a work-a-holic and all around no goodnik!

Re: Calnotary. Keep in mind that its not how much you
earn its how much you get to keep at the end. As most real estate agents will tell you the income, especially the big bucks come at unpredictable times. I invest much of my commision income in real estate to even out the bumps so it is not liquid. I often quip about my notary income being my beer money. I like to have a good time and since most of my income is reserved for operating expenses and reserves the notary imcome I use for extras.
