what do u think
I received an email. It was a signing service but, didn't list a a company name. It said ____ ___ CNSA. I emailed back asking for her agency name. She emailed back with an agreement for doing signings for her. What I am not comfortable with is that it says that after a signing I am to send the package back to her versus the lender or title co. I feel that this may cause a delay in package being received? Your opinion is appreciated.

I've sent packages back to the SS and have received payment for the signing. Sometimes it's their policy for they like to double check the work, other times (as I was just informed a couple of days ago) they split the package themselves.
At this point I did my job, have proof that I did my job in my journal and proof that I shipped out the docs per written instructions, it's not my job to second guess the company and wonder if they are going to hold up the process on their end or not.

I'm just guessing here, but it sounds to me like it might be someone who is a signing agent trying to act like a ss - perhaps on the sly - to be able to take more business than one person can handle. Having said that, I have worked with some SSs who want the docs sent to them - but not very often. Usually they are in close proximity to their client.
When a company contacts me via email and doesn't include company details - co name, at the very least - I get real nervous. I like to have their address, phone number and preferably a web site. I recommend you do a search on whatever information you have. I remember someone trying to give me an assignment that way a while back. I asked her to call me and for some other information and didn't pursue it when I didn't get good answers. I later found out she has a reputation for not paying.
