`do you get good response (business) from?

I don't think it's a good idea to list them because it would be detrimental to notaryrotary.com .

That's like posting on your website (if you have one) notaries from your exact location. If you'd like a short list, email me. I won't post it here on this board.

Becca, you're killing me...my thoughts, your post!!!

But, if it's sincere, I suppose it deserves an atta boy.

I'm not sure I understand.....

I could be wrong. But I believe section I subsection 2 of the rules and regulations reads:

"Do not advertise competing websites, directly or indirectly, without prior approval. We spend thousands of dollars per month to advertise our service for your benefit. We would rather not be paying to advertise for the benefit of our competitors. This includes sites like 123 and goMobile."

So if I were to post the list for her here, I would be violating forum rules. Wink

If I'm wrong, then please use you superiority and elaborate on my misconception.

Oh, hush, Korey. Nobody here is stupid. Wink away, but we get the patronization message loud and clear.

Unfortunately, kiddo, there's some dues to be paid for your re-instatement, via Brenda. Yet, like I said before, atta boy for sincerity and keep it up. This too shall pass.

And Just Who do You Define as "We"?

Is it your "gang of 14" & their own inimitable patronizing ways? It doesn't include me. And when did you anoint yourself judge & jury to reach the conclusion Korey still has "some dues to be paid"? Was that a "we" thing too, or did you adjudicate that on your own? Brenda's already submitted her concluding storyline to this episode & unless she's changed her mind, it's a done deal...end of discussion. Korey can't win for losing with you guys. He quoted directly from the NotRot Rules & Guidelines & you still chose to rake him over the coals. Why? For what legitimate purpose? None that come to my mind. Personally, I think it's high time you give him (and a few others) a break.

Re: And Just Who do You Define as "We"?

Thank you very much Dennis! I was going to reply to her post in a similar way, asking her how I'm entitled to pay dues. But then I realized that if I replied, I would ultimately cause a big thread of pointless criticism. Thank you again!

Re: And Just Who do You Define as "We" and "Us" defined

No such blithering and inflamatory statements are indicated here, Dennis, nor the drama you thunk up, all by your lonesome. As to "The Gang of 14"(?) I'd suggest you're watching too much TV.

The "we" was Becca and me and clear statements by other posters in regard to KH's character. Go back and look at the first post in the thread and the direction it turned. It's the thread I responded to. It's not complicated, nor worthy of your references to "Judge/Jury/Gang; nor appointing myself to some lofty position. Your question regarding a legitimate purpose is ridicuolus - if someone doesn't get my post, they aren't very current, are they?

Listen, Dennis, about the facts of life - the opinions posted here on this forum don't amount to a hill of beans in real life UNLESS those posts and opinions take shape and form something good for all of us (make that "US", not "We"Wink in organizing notaries to our good. So, to suggest my endorsement for KH and past history is long overdue....think again. My opinion is mine, and geared to helping the industry, regardless of what YOU think it's high time to excuse or give a break to.

In light of that, and past history here on the forum, I sure don't support your prop of KH. Of course, you're entitled to be wrong, it's the American Way.

You Can Climb Down from Your "Perch"...

...anytime now. I don't have any particular infatuation for Korey or his past antics at all. It's been very clear to me you've targeted him & a few others for the building up of your own little cabal (thus my reference to the "gang of 14", who are the loosely knit, bipartisan U.S. Senators who lamely attempted to be the power brokers this past year in the Senate confirmation hearings for Supreme Court justices...BTW I hardly ever watch TV as the Internet is my choice for a news medium), attempting to silence their views. Does "Hush, Korey" ring a bell? The point I'm making is you don't speak for everyone on this board, especially me.

As I mentioned before ( or asked),

If we provide the thread # for old posts that would answer similar questions or suggest what a poster can search for would that be considered advertising the competition?

I know that old threads can be deleted .

Re: As I mentioned before ( or asked),

Jenny - I have posted before that I'm advertised in only two places, Notary Rotary and SigningAgent.com, the NNA. I have gotten all my SS work from these two places, but more from NR.

Harry knows what's out there better than we do, and I don't think he's staying awake at night, worrying about 123 or anybody else.

There, I said it - I advertise on another site besides Notary Rotary. At present, Harry has not struck me with a bolt of lightning.

Email me Directly Donna

And I'll tell you what sites have worked for me and my LSA buddies, no problem. You will get varying answers anyhow, so you just have to try and when someone new calls you for work, one of the things you should ask is "where did you find me?". Then keep your own personal stats and when the new year rolls around, you make the decision whether to re-up with them or not. I have a very comprehensive Resource Listing in my "vault" and you should be developing one as well.
