BofA ReFinance Question---

I have a Bank of America ReFi signing & I have a question that I hope someone can answer : On the Discloser & Loan Agreement (also called the 'Bank or America Equity Maximizer Agreement & Disclosure Statement') on the last page it asks for the 'Effective Disbursment Date' . It is just below the borrowers signature line --- is this the date that the document is actually signed?
