It's not me....

It's my initials, but don't think she's asking about me....Did see "CMD Mobile Notary" in one of the threads a while back. Don't know who it is, but it's not me....It is what I was going to use for my business name until I saw it here....so I have come up with another name. I know this doesn't answer the question, but just wanted to clarify that this CMD is not me.

I did receive payment on the Quit Claim Deed. Twice, once in Nov. and another in Dec. The second one was by mistake and I mailed it back. They have called me again but due to scheduling I have not done any signings for them. I can't say that I know what they pay since I just notarized one document for them.

Good company

from my experience. Michael is very easy to work with and always pays within 30 days. Strictly Countrywide. A few faxbacks, which isn't so bad, but depending on the Countrywide office, there are split packages, which can be terribly time-consuming.

Michael DelaCruz was very good to work with. I have not received payment yet but then again, its only been 15 days.... no worries at this point.

I would work for them again based on this one signing!
