CRL????
I am in CA. This is probably a question that would fall under the heading, "Signing 101", but I really would like an answer. Which doc is this referring to?? Thanks to all who will take the time to answer.

I have no idea what the CRL is either. Come on "out" and join me.

Typo on my part. This business can make you a little crazy, like never slowing down to proof read!

Are you sure it's a form? The closest I could find out on it is "Center for Responsible Lending".
About the Center for Responsible Lending
The Center for Responsible Lending is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research and policy organization dedicated to protecting homeownership and family wealth by working to eliminate abusive financial practices. CRL is affiliated with Self-Help, one of the nation's largest community development financial institutions.

Re: CRL???? Read on
I call that...Can't Relate to Lenders. It's an extreme condition that plagues title company employees.
Manifests itself in:
1) Lots of head-shaking;
2) shouting-out-to-anyone-that-will-listen after reading ridiculous lender instructions;
3) wandering to and fro amongst escrow officers looking for the reason for life; and
4) wondering why-oh-why am I sitting here in this cubicle offering bits of insight to County Recorders requirements.
It is NOT "Signing 101". At that stage, you still have a fresh view of the industry.
