Calls from Local Title Cos for training...

Last week I received calls from 2 separate title companies in my area to come in for training as a closer. Both are expecting to be super-busy at the end of February beginning of March and they need some contract closers ready to roll (lol).

I have a 2 day training with one of them next week so they can teach me how to close and disburse funds. They would pay a set fee per closing in case they call me.

I think that the training can only be a benefit for me and I was wondering if any of you went through this before and if anyone has any tips or what I should bring in with me at the interview...

Good for you, and good luck with the training!
To start with, make sure you are VERY knowledgable and comfortable with the loan docs and the verbage.
I went through a "training" course with a title co and it was really fun!
