Classic Signing Service

Anyone ever do closings for Classic Signing Service in California? They seem to only pay 65.00 for refi's or sec mortgage and they are anywhere from 85-90 pages. Of course they add 25.00 for edocs; but 65.00 seems not enough especially if you are driving 1/2 hour or so

That's because their a "classic" signing service (lol).

Seriously, they are located in Clovis California. They pay the fees that you indicated. That is why I do not work for them. The fee is not enough unless it is a very short distance (across the street).

I get more than $65.00 however the loans were always very close by, just a few miles.
