Competency update

All went well. Physically, it was difficult for her to clutch that pen and sign that many times but I had plenty of opprtunity to assess whether she understood what she was signing. She even brought up a few things and asked appropiate questions. She even told me once I was supposed to "sign here". She also asked me is I heard about those poor miners out east. I am comfprtable with this one...but it did nag at me. I guess if you worry about all the contingencies in a situation, murphy's law says you won't need them.

Oh...my goodness, it is a long way for you too. I am way up in Washburn County, right on the border of Douglas County. So I thought of you. I am not sure if you already do business with them, but their name is Advantage American Title out of Madison WI. Have a great weekend!

I can cover that area, Pierce, Polk, Etc. the entire west border of WI. You can take out the XO1XO in the email and refer any info on them to my email if you like. And if you both send your info I would be happy to see if I can get you any work out your direction. [e-mail address]

I have covered Polk on very rare occaisions. Very long drive!! Glad to hear from you TCMN. Glad to know where you are. I will keep you in mind also when I get calls for that area. I personally don't like giving my work away, but that is just too far and not profitable to go that kind of distance...they just fall over dead when I tell them my fee. I can literally hear the phone hit the floor:-) Although in regards to some SS's that is the case even if you are 5 miles away! It's me dropping the phone with COLOSSAL laughter! TCMN are you from MN or WI?

MN. cover the entire state and the borders of surrounding states. I have a network that I work with and if you email me I can go into more detail on how it works, I need to go to sleep, been a long few days and I was sick over Christmas and feeling better but I will run myself down if I don't and I don't want to ever feel that sick anytime soon.
