Countrywide

One branch wanted me to notarized a quit claim deed. The borrower had a ID with different
last name than in the documents. They told me just write down the name in my journal and
have her sign how it is in the documents. JA, JA, JA, JA, JA, JA, Sure!

How about if I just have her sign what ever you want me to and you put your seal in the
countrywide office? LOL

I was once asked at a signing to include a completed Jurat when I returned the docs.

When I told them no he said it was not Illegal to do this..... I was fairly new and was born at night, but not last night!

I informed him that there was not a single Jurat required in the package so there would not be a need for one in the first place..... He dropped it them.

Wonder what changes he was planning on making and using me to Cover his A**?
