DOT and Notice of Default ...Searched already

and found numerous answers but didn't cover my question. 7 pages in DOT & Request for Notice of Default.

Page 5 starts the Req for Notice and page 6 has notarial wording on it already filled in with borrowers name. Where I would sign the ack, it has BLAH BLAH Mortgage Company underneath the signature line. Then "IN witness whereof, borrower has executed this deed of trust" and the borrowers names are printed for their signatures.

Page 7 is the ack that you normally see with the DOT.

Do I witness page 6 and just line thru the Blah Blah Mortage Company info? Or just sign MYNAME, Notary Public over the signature line?

Don't do anything with the ack that appears BEFORE the borrowers' signatures (this is for lender use only). Only complete the ack that FOLLOWS their signatures.
