I did a search and found a lot of inquires but not anyone saying how things turned out after working for them. Please advise.

I did one for them months ago, had to call about payment and when I got it, the check was not for the agreed fee. I had to fax (twice) a copy of the confirmation that showed the fee. I did receive a check for the difference but I was not thrilled with the process. I also believe they do not pay if the loan doesn't fund.
