I asked about a late payment and this is what she replied

"I was not aware that the payment was not sent out to you-- I will get it out to you ASAP.

She owes me for a signing done 11/22/05. This e-mail is from Thursday 1/16. So far no payment so we'll see.

I've worked for her before. She paid well and on time. That doesn't sound like her to miss one.

She told me they were moving or reconstructing the business ethics, something like that so she was behind. It took about 3 request before I got paid but she only paid me the half...well when I told her it was a 1st & 2nd mortgage refi...she claimed she didnt know about that and I told her that either her staff failed to tell me or the title company failed to tell them about it...etiher way, my charge was $125 for it....but I negotiated and took it for $100 that one time.
