I signed up with them a week ago and I did 3 signings for them. Didn't receive any payment yet but I hope the checks start rolling in soon. They're easy to deal with and very nice to talk to.

I hope so too. But I never contacted them. I have a couple for next week. The reviews are not so great

Re: ECS, inc ???

My best friend works for ECS, Inc. in Kansas but they make clock parts. Must be another company. What does it stand for?

ECS in Plesanton, CA is Escrow Closers, Inc. also known as E-Loans. They handle E-Loans. These are packges that go directly to the borrowers so they can switch signers without having to worry about who has the package. They pay in 45 days. Fairly small and easy, but you need to find the instruction page in the package before you start signing. They do require "black" ink. They include an "illegal" all purpose acknowledgement that you just ignore and I believe they ask for two forms of i.d. on the i.d. affidavit.
