Escrow Docs

I have a split from Countrywide and in one package they want "escrow docs." Can someone tell me exactly what they are referring to? No I'm not new, but I haven't had to figure that one out before. Thanks for your time.

Shouldn't you have those docs in closing/notary instructions? Usually, it's all spelled out.

No it wasn't spelled out and the docs all came in one package. I know what you're referring to -- usually the escrow docs come separately from the loan docs, but not this time. They don't specify which ones they mean, just "escrow docs". It's a Countrywide.

Maybe I need to ask them to specify??

Thanks.

Escrow Docs, Junk Docs, Title Docs are all the same thing, just a different name.

Usually they want the original DOT, riders, grant deeds or any other deeds, escrow instructions, HUD, Statement of identy, amendments to escrow, then they want you to make a copy of the DOT to include with the rest of the documents to send to Countrywide.
