Executive Closings (lake worth fla)

Yes...I did a search and they are a bit old...

Has anyone had any luck getting paid by Executive closings in Lake worth Fla. She (Alice) keeps claimng that she has emailed me and left messages on my voice mail and so far that has been totally false!!! She first claimed she mailed the check on the 10th and now it was the 24th and still have not seen the payment. we are in Fla too so it should not take that long. The owner called last week and mentioned they had a total different address on their file. I told him that is strange as the w9 and my invoices clearly shows the address to ship docs and and where to mail the check...where they even got that address is strange. He said he was going to look into this and told me they mailed out a new check and verified the mailing address.

there seems to be some contradictions and false information given to me, so I'm writing him a letter (via fax/email) and advising him if he does not pay within 72 hours, I'm reporting him to the BBB, State Atty's office, etc.... I'm tired of the lame excuses...which I know was cuz he and his staff took a long vacation before they bothered to mail out our checks. I was pissst off about that when I first was inquiring about the payment around the holidays.

Received a check today for an October Signing.
Numerous call (left messages, no one answered) and finally faxed the invoice with order to the TC.
Close call, I was just about to file in my small claims court or send to collections.
Will not work for them again, hoping the check is good.

Major jerks

I did one signing. 5 months to get paid.

Do a search. They are #$%^ jerks.

I have done 2 signings for them and each time it took approximately 3 months to get paid.
That was after constant email and phone calls. Alice told me she ran the check. Another man told me they were waiting for DR (owner) to sign and release payment. Just received a call from them to do another signing.....turned down and told them exactly why!
