Grand Deed

Do I need to notarize Grand Deed as there has my part, but the sellers' names are besides there too?

Maybe if you posted your state someone could help, but

California has no Grand Deeds, only grant deeds. Of course any deed with my name on it is a grand deed as far as I'm concerned.

First of all, it's a GRANT Deed not a Grand Deed.

Are you Notarizing the buyers or sellers or both?

You Need to Notarize the signature of the grantor.

Do you mean there is an acknowledgment there? Is that "has my part"?

***but the sellers' names are besides there too?***

Does that mean the sellers names are pre-printed in the certificate?

If you can answer 'yes' to the above questions, then yes, you notarize the grand deed.

Is your name Doylene?
