I will be moving to Charles Town in a week. I wanted to get my commission there as well so I could be commissioned in all three states, VA, MD and WV. But I found out that it was a Attorney only, I was really bumb about it. I've talk to a few notaries that do loan docs and they are not with anyone. If you were a Attorney, I was going to see if you needed any help.
