How's this for experience?
From smoking to stinky house and the worst an SA has to complaint about, but I don't think anyone is up for this one. I recently sat through a 2-1/2 hour signing where the borrower call the LO every 5-10 minutes because I could not explain the document to him, even in simplest term for the TIL. Why? It's because I had BO's girl friend with a camcorder recording everything from start to finish.
I've been under the radar of late, but thought this one deserves attention. I wish everyone well for the new year (mine will start in 10 days). While this business is full of good-bad surprises, just remember no matter what situation you're in, "knowing your surrounding is the best defense" (Charles_CA).

Or were they trying to document a case for possible legal action in case something went wrong with their loan?

Did they ask your permission?

Re: Did they ask your permission?
They don't have to ask for permission. As long as they aren't paparazzi, they have a right to film/picture anything that isn't invading anothers privacy...which if its in their home, nulls that last one.
