I always refuse Ameriquest loans..

there is plenty of good business available so why work for them? Besides, what happens when signing agents start getting supbeona's for testifying in lawsuits? No thanks...I can't imagine why The Rolling Stones hooked up with that company..didn't anyone tell them Ameriquest specializes in low-end mortgages?

Is Ameriquest the same as Americash....?

Or, rather, are they connected in some way?

I did a signing for an Americash refi about 8weeks ago that was about 350pages. EDocs, & took 3 1/2 hrs to sign. I'm sure glad the loan funded & I was paid.

Thats why when they called us to refi we did a search on them and said no way. There was so much bad stuff about them that we ran as fast as we could.
