Just Curious...What's your SuperBowl plan?
We're going to a party with mixed fans. Some Seattle fans and some Pittsburg fans. After a few drinks I wonder how that will go over?

I am having my relatives in for the Game. They are going to the superbowl. I can't see spending that kind of money. But to each their own.

I just like to participate, I get bored watching.
Dogs are all good, I like bicycling, kayaking, canoeing and scuba diving. I don't know why but I've never been particularly comfortable around horses. I have several in one of my fields and I enjoy bringng them apples and other treats but I don't think I'd like being at the mercy of one of those beasts.

Re: I just like to participate, I get bored watching.
Trust me , horses are just happy getting goodies! Watching football (to me) is like watching the 5:30pm rush for the L-Train in Chicago and just about as good for your physical well being. I do watch the Purnia Dog Challenge with the fervor of a football fan "Go figure?" that one! LOL "Different strokes, for different folks" lol

Gee! Beth you're a Brave gal! lol
Sure hope they are all friends. Do you carry household insurance (just in case) there are a few broken items. Just kidding, I've been to a few parties that had "mixed fans" nothing much happened. A lot of yelling , ate a lot of food and you might want to put a "drink limit" on some of those critters. LOL
Best of Luck! "Gosh! hope we don't see you on the news channel."

We are World Cup watchers here...
The world revolves around the Cup. Every four years I become single again for a few weeks which used to be nice until I became single with kids.

Re: Recipe
one package of everything:
shredded mozarella - leave 1/2 cup to the side sour cream - full size shredded asiago cheese artichoke jar - make sure it's the marinated artichokes can of crab meat - optional parmesan - i usually use the real paremesan that is shredded but that's optional red onion chopped 1 bag of fresh spinach - this is what makes it, the frozen spinach makes it to runny
2 philadelphia cream cheese packages
mix everything together except the spinach. once mixed, fold the spinach into the mixture. put into cake pan or the like and top with 1/2 cup of shredded mozarella, bake for about 45 minutes or until steamy hot. serve in bread bowl or ceramic dish and serve with remainder bread pieces or chips.
it's soooooooooo good!!!!!!!!! and really low fat too, ;) it's kinda pricey but so worth it!

Someone sent an email around the office yesterday with 21 SuperBowl tickets available, $1750 each.
I'll be watching the game from the comfort and warmth, and affordability, of my living room sofa.

You all are too funny!!! Party on....whether your alone or with a gang of folks, but just have safe fun.
The boys and I r just gonna sit back and watch it from the comfort of our home too!! Just order pizza, some wings, some pop and enjoy watch those guys kick each others butts!
We usually bet whose gonna win even if either teams are not our favorites..but just to see who will win!! I did that once a few years back and the one guy's party i was at, still owes me mula!! Maybe I should send collections after him?
LOL!! d

My singles golf group is having a party. Festivities start on Saturday where we'll all gather to start some of the food. Two of the guys are marinating four or five pork loins overnight, then cutting them into one inch pieces and finishing them on the grill on Sunday. Thirty five or so will gather for the game and dinner and football pool for which we had to buy squares with winners at the end of each quarter.
We're just hoping there won't be a huge snowstorm and frigid weather here like there was when we hosted the superbowl 24 years ago.
